Is Tactic live now?

Yes. Tactic is live and available for Nashville and Akron teammates to sign in and start using.

Where do I sign in?

Open bridgestone.gettactic.com/map and use your Bridgestone credentials. No separate Tactic username or password is needed.

What will I use Tactic for?

Tactic helps teammates find coworkers, use workplace maps, book rooms and conference center spaces, submit service requests, and manage move requests.

Is Tactic replacing iOffice/Hummingbird or ServiceNow?

Tactic replaces these two programs for the Facilities Department. HR and IT will continue using ServiceNow in Nashville.

Will training be provided?

Yes. The Bridgestone teammate guide and four short walkthrough videos are available in the Training resources section above. Four live office-hour sessions are also available below.
