Do we need special hardware to use Tactic?

Tactic's core features were designed for frictionless onboarding, requiring no hardware installation. However, if electing to use the Visitor Management feature, an iPad or Android tablet will be necessary for visitor check-ins. We also recommend a tablet stand and badge printer.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.
If you need to be invoiced, please reach out to our sales team.

How long does implementation take?

We understand that implementing a new company-wide technology can be complex and time-consuming, but Tactic makes it fast and simple. We have onboarded organizations in as little as 24 hours; however, companies requiring advanced features and customizations should expect a 2-week window.

How can I get a receipt?

By default, receipts will be sent directly to the email of the person who set up your account. This can be changed at any time in administrator's account settings.
