Success Criteria

Tactic is successful if it enables a smooth April 1 launch where assigned desks are locked for ~25–30 employees, the remaining desks are easily reservable by anyone through Teams/Outlook, and Samantha is no longer manually coordinating seating. Bonus success is adding an iPad visitor check-in that automates guest flows and host notifications without requiring a receptionist.

What we heard
