What can workplace admins ask Tessa?
Reports and requests, in plain language. For example: “Show me who’s in the office today” or “Can you help me with a catering request for tomorrow?” Admins get a direct answer instead of exporting and sorting CSV files, then decide the next step.
Can Tessa book desks for a whole team?
Yes, for admins. Ask Tessa to help book desks for a group, such as the Sales team tomorrow, instead of reserving one seat at a time. Requests run within the admin’s Tactic permissions and your workspace setup.
Can employees use Tessa as an AI desk booking assistant?
Yes. Employees can book desks and rooms through chat and find teammates. Staff access is turned on per organization, so ask Tactic support to enable it. Results depend on your configured workspace and each person’s permissions.
