Success will mean having one centralized, easy-to-use calendar that consolidates reservations across all venues and floors, fully synced with Microsoft resource rooms. The experience must remain simple for end users while giving administrators full visibility and control across locations.

What we heard

Currently using Microsoft resource rooms within Outlook.
Managing multiple venues across two buildings (casino + hotel).
Need a single consolidated calendar view showing all room reservations.
Roughly 7–8 rooms initially (rooftop, pool, conference rooms, etc.).
Preference for a simple, Outlook-like experience for most users.
Require bi-directional sync with Microsoft resource calendars.
Unlimited read-only access needed for broad internal visibility.
