Success would mean giving employees a simple, intuitive way to book desks across New York, SF, and the UK while maintaining team neighborhoods and improving visibility into who is working where. The solution should enhance user experience, reduce manual admin overhead as the company grows, and provide reliable reporting across check-in methods.

What we heard

Currently using Envoy for visitor management only (not desks).
Managing 3 primary offices: New York, San Francisco, and UK.
Teams have designated “neighborhoods,” but desk movement within those zones creates manual admin overhead.
Company is largely in-office (4 days/week) with mostly assigned desks.
Slack-based environment; Slack check-in functionality is important.
Open to evaluating alternatives, but not actively shopping yet — currently reviewing Envoy contract with IT.
