We’re excited to introduce Tactic, Reimagined — a refreshed, modern interface designed to make every workday simpler, faster, and more intuitive.

This update brings a cleaner layout, streamlined navigation, and several new features that make managing desks, rooms, and hybrid schedules even easier.

💡 What’s New

With the redesigned experience, you’ll notice:

  • Workspace images & amenities – visualize each space with photos and details.

  • Priority booking & anchor days – smarter hybrid scheduling tools.

  • Calendar pop-out & Gantt view – see availability across desks and rooms in a single, timeline-style view.

  • Modern, accessible design – optimized for any device, any screen size.

All your existing workflows are still here — just easier to use and better organized.

🧩 No Impact to Integrations, Data, or Billing

This is a visual and usability redesign, not a back-end system change. That means:

  • No impact to your integrations (Outlook, Google, Teams, SSO, or Directory Sync).

  • No changes to your account setup, data, or user permissions.

  • No change in pricing or billing — your subscription and costs remain exactly the same.

  • No migration required — everything automatically carries over.

Your team can continue using Tactic as normal while exploring the new experience.

📆 Transition Timeline

Starting November 1, 2025, the redesigned Tactic will become the default interface for all customers.

Until then, both the Classic and New experiences will remain available so teams can preview the redesign, train internally, and update documentation at their own pace.

After November 1:

  • The Classic version will no longer be actively supported or updated.

  • All users will automatically log in to the new experience.

  • All data and configurations will stay intact.

We can extend access to the Classic interface for a limited time to ensure a smooth handoff.

“Tactic has released a redesigned interface launching November 1.

The new version includes an updated layout and navigation, but all existing features and integrations remain the same.

There’s no action required — your current setup and data will carry over automatically.”
