Your new AI assistant has officially arrived. Tessa is designed to remove the manual legwork from workplace management. Instead of digging through CSVs or navigating complex settings menus, Admins can now simply ask Tessa.

Pro Tip: Want to bring this speed to your whole team? Tessa can also help employees book desks and rooms directly via chat. Reach out to our support team to enable staff access.
Stop clicking through endless menus. We have introduced a powerful Global Search bar that lives at the top of your Tactic workspace.
Whether you are looking for a specific colleague, a conference room, a desk by the window, or a specific setting page, just type it in. It is the fastest way to navigate your entire workplace.
We realized that 90% of users log in just to do one thing: book a desk. So, we removed the friction.
You can now view your office map and book your favorite spot directly from the Home Dashboard. No extra clicks, no navigating to a separate "Schedule" tab. Log in, click your desk, and you are done.
Finding the right space shouldn't be a guessing game. Our new Interactive Map Search allows you to filter your floor plan visually.
Need a standing desk? A room with a whiteboard? A spot in the "Quiet Zone"? Apply filters directly inside the map view to highlight exactly what matches your needs in seconds.
