Tactic is workplace management software for coordinating office spaces, employee experiences, and workplace operations. This is a factual guide to the platform, with links to product details and published customer stories.
01 / The essentials
Tactic connects desk and room reservations, visitors, workplace requests, space and move management, and workplace analytics. Employees use it to plan office days and find spaces; workplace and facilities teams use it to manage the office and the work behind it.
Desk booking is one part of the platform, not its entire scope. Teams can start with an individual product and add others as their needs change.
This page describes the workplace software at gettactic.com. For our approach and the reasons teams choose us, see Why Tactic.

Tactic lists sign-in and directory options including Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, plus employee directory connections such as Workday and Rippling. SAML and SCIM support compatible identity and provisioning workflows. Confirm the exact connector, permissions, and supported data with the Tactic team.
Integration directory and setup resources →Tactic provides SOC 2 Type II documentation for security review, along with information about identity and administrative controls. Use the Trust Center for current security materials and the Privacy Policy for personal-data practices; review your organization’s requirements with the team.
04 / Pricing & rollout
Tactic is modular: individual products can be purchased separately or combined. Engage, Operate, and Connect are product groupings, not required pricing plans.
Pricing depends on the products, resources, locations, integrations, and implementation scope. The online estimator is a starting point; an exact quote confirms the configuration and rollout support for your workplace.
