1. Understand what is happening with Tactic Analytics

Tactic Analytics turns reporting into an active way to explore your workplace. Ask a question in plain English, generate a chart, refine it with filters, compare periods or offices, and save the answers that matter to a personal board.

Ask and compare. Explore reservation patterns, resource demand, amenities, teams, offices, and reporting periods without rebuilding a report from scratch.

Build and revisit. Save useful analyses to personal boards, then resize and rearrange charts around the decisions you make most often.

Explain and share. Drill into source tables, review metric definitions and freshness, export data, share a view, or subscribe to a weekly update.

2. Turn a workplace request into coordinated action

Workplace Requests gives employees one place to ask for help and gives workplace teams a shared system for moves, catering and AV, room setup, facilities issues, reservation approvals, and other services you choose to configure.

1. Submit: Choose the request type and capture the details needed to act.
2. Locate: Connect the request to an office, desk, room, or exact point on the map.
3. Route: Triage the work, assign an owner, and keep priorities visible.
4. Resolve: Track status, comments, and activity through completion.

3. Keep the live workplace map current

Map Builder lets authorized teams turn an existing floor plan into a live workplace map and keep it useful as the workplace changes. Create desks, rooms, neighborhoods, amenities, equipment, and other resources, then connect them to people, teams, assignments, access, booking rules, requests, and reporting.

4. Book the rooms the meeting actually needs

Multi-room booking is now available. Add another room while creating a reservation when one meeting needs connected rooms, overflow space, or separate areas.
